1.1 About BeJobb
BeJobb.com ("BeJobb", "we", "us", "our") is operated in compliance with Swedish law and applicable EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeJobb.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Accessibility Policy, Employer Terms, AI Ethics Policy, and all other applicable policies.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Swedish law.
1.4 User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
1.5 Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Violate the Swedish Discrimination Act (Diskrimineringslagen)
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload malicious code or disrupt platform functionality
1.6 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
BeJobb uses automated systems and Large Language Models (LLMs) to parse CVs, generate profiles, and suggest job matches. AI-generated content is provided as decision support only and must be reviewed by users.
1.7 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Swedish law, EU law, or our policies.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
BeJobb is a neutral platform and is not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or contractual relations between users.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
2. Privacy Policy (GDPR – Sweden)
2.1 Data Controller
BeJobb.com ("BeJobb", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the platform in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). Contact: privacy@be-businessconsulting.com
2.2 Personal Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity data (name, email address, telephone number)
- Professional data (CV content, employment history, education, skills)
- Account and authentication data
- Technical data (IP address, device information, log data)
Data Minimisation (GDPR Art. 5(1)(c))
We only process personal data that is necessary and relevant for recruitment and profile creation purposes. Users are advised not to upload sensitive personal data (including health data, religious beliefs, political opinions, or other special category data under GDPR Article 9) unless strictly necessary for a specific job application.
2.3 AI & Automated Processing
Uploaded CV data is processed using automated systems and artificial intelligence for the specific purpose of extracting, structuring, and generating user profile information, professional summaries, skills classifications, and standardized fields in order to improve onboarding speed, profile accuracy, and job-matching functionality. The processing is strictly limited to profile creation and recruitment-related services provided on the platform. The data is not processed for unrelated AI development, unrelated analytics, or general system training purposes.
2.4 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)
Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b))
Processing is necessary to provide the recruitment platform and user account functionality.
Explicit Consent – AI Processing (Art. 6(1)(a))
The legal basis for AI-assisted CV processing and automated profile generation is the user's explicit consent, provided at the time of CV upload through a clear affirmative action (unchecked checkbox requiring active selection). Users may withdraw their consent at any time by deleting their CV or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
Where processing is required under applicable Swedish or EU law.
(BeJobb does not rely on legitimate interests as a primary legal basis for AI-based CV profiling.)
2.5 Data Sharing & Transfers
Personal data may be shared with:
- Employers and recruiters for recruitment purposes
- Service providers acting as data processors under written agreements in accordance with GDPR Article 28
- Authorities where required by law
International Transfers (GDPR Chapter V)
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Union or European Economic Area, including transfers to service providers located in the United States, such transfers are safeguarded through appropriate legal mechanisms, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Transfer impact assessments
- Supplementary technical and organisational measures were required
2.5(a) AI Service Provider (OpenAI)
To provide AI-assisted CV parsing and profile generation functionality, CV data is transmitted to a third-party service provider, OpenAI, acting as a data processor on our behalf. OpenAI processes the data solely for the purpose of generating structured profile content in accordance with our documented instructions. OpenAI does not use submitted CV data to train, improve, or develop its models. Processing is governed by a data processing agreement in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
2.6 Data Retention
CV data submitted for automated processing is retained only for the duration necessary to generate and maintain the user's profile. If a user does not create or maintain an account, uploaded CV data is deleted within a limited technical retention period. Users may delete their profile and associated CV data at any time. Following deletion, personal data will be erased without undue delay unless continued retention is required under Swedish or EU law.
2.7 Data Subject Rights
Under GDPR, users have the right to:
- Access their personal data (Art. 15)

- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)

5. Terms for Job Seekers
5.1 Accuracy & Responsibility
Job seekers must ensure that CVs and profiles are accurate, lawful, and non-misleading.
5.2 AI Processing Consent
By uploading a CV, you explicitly consent to automated processing and AI-assisted profile creation under GDPR.
5.3 No Employment Guarantee
BeJobb does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.
5.4 Prohibited Conduct
Job seekers must not submit false information, misuse AI tools, or violate Swedish employment law.
6. Employer & Recruiter Terms
6.1 Employer Responsibilities
Employers and recruiters must ensure that job postings:
- Are accurate and lawful
- Comply with Swedish labor law
- Do not discriminate under Diskrimineringslagen
6.2 Use of Candidate Data
Candidate data may only be used for recruitment purposes. Scraping, resale, or reuse outside recruitment is prohibited.
6.3 No Agency Relationship
BeJobb is not an employment agency and does not act on behalf of employers or candidates.
6.4 Indemnification
Employers agree to indemnify BeJobb against claims arising from job postings, hiring decisions, or misuse of data.
7. General Terms & Conditions (All Users)

8. AI Ethics & Responsible Use Policy
BeJobb is committed to responsible, transparent, and ethical use of AI.
8.1 Fairness & Non-Discrimination
AI systems are designed to reduce bias and are regularly evaluated. AI outputs must not be used to unlawfully discriminate.
8.2 Transparency
Users are informed when AI is used and retain control over final decisions.
8.3 Human Oversight
AI does not make final hiring decisions. Human review is required.
8.4 Data Minimization
Only relevant data is processed for recruitment purposes.

BeJobb monitors AI performance and allows users to report concerns.
9. Digital Services Fees & Payments
9.1 Paid Services
Fees may apply to premium job postings, employer subscriptions, and AI-enhanced recruitment tools.
9.2 Billing & VAT
All prices are shown in SEK and may be subject to Swedish VAT (moms).
9.3 Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable unless required by Swedish consumer law.

13. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) – Enterprise Employers
This Data Processing Agreement applies where BeJobb acts as a data processor on behalf of employers.
13.1 Subject Matter
Processing of candidate personal data for recruitment services.
13.2 Obligations of BeJobb
- Process data only on documented instructions
- Ensure confidentiality
- Implement GDPR Art. 32 security measures
- Assist with data subject rights
- Delete or return data upon termination
13.3 Obligations of Employer
- Lawful basis for processing
- Transparency towards candidates
- No unauthorized reuse of data
13.4 Sub-Processors

BeJobb uses automated systems to structure CV data and suggest job matches.
15.2 No Solely Automated Decisions
BeJobb does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Automated processing is used solely as a decision-support tool and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human involvement.
15.3 Human Involvement
Final hiring decisions are made exclusively by employers or users.
15.4 User Rights
